What equipment do you use?
We fly industry-leading DJI technology, giving you professional-grade imagery, video and data on every project.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. UAVAIR operates with recognised commercial drone qualifications, comprehensive insurance and professional operating procedures.
Do you travel?
Yes. We work across the UK and Australia, with travel available for projects further afield.
What happens if the weather isn’t suitable?
Safety comes first. If conditions aren't right for flying, we'll reschedule at no extra cost.
Do I need to arrange site access?
In most cases, no — we handle flight planning and airspace checks. We'll only ask for site access or permissions where your location requires it.
Do you take on residential or personal projects?
Yes — depending on the scope, however UAVAIR is focused on commercial work. Get in touch and we'll advise whether your project is the right fit.
Do you provide bespoke quotations?
Absolutely. Every project is different, so all proposals are tailored to your requirements.
How quickly can you deliver?
Turnaround times depend on the scope of the project, but we’ll always agree realistic timescales before work begins.
How do I receive my photos, videos or reports?
All content is delivered digitally — via WeTransfer download link — in formats ready for immediate use.
